1. Is the business model and marketing plan of NU LIFE Hong Kong the same as other NU LIFE markets?
NU LIFE has been adopting a network marketing scheme in most markets including Hong Kong, whereas in certain markets, we adopts other sales pattern according to legal requirements and market conditions. Moreover, different regions may have different extra reward programs, such as "Stars Award" in HK market, and travel seminar calculation scheme.
2. What is network marketing? How is it different from pyramid selling?

All entrepreneurs buy NU LIFE products at wholesale price and products are sold to customers at retail price. The characteristic of NU LIFE's marketing plan is trustworthiness and fairness, and the income of entrepreneurs is determined by how much effort they pay. They will not earn more income just because of their seniority or having more downline members. Unlike fraudulent pyramid selling, the NU LIFE marketing plan makes it possible for a entrepreneur to attain higher achievement than his Sponsor and others who join earlier.
3. Direct selling is network marketing and participants can be successful just by building a large network through recruiting. Is that true?
No, that is not true. Network income can only be generated by consuming products in your network. NU LIFE is a lawful and legitimate network marketing company and no NU LIFE entrepreneurs can succeed just by head hunting.
4. Do NU LIFE entrepreneurs earn income without making any effort?
In order to become a professional and build up a strong network in NU LIFE, entrepreneurs need to spend a lot of effort in sponsoring, selling and servicing. Through our partner, ELPA, our entrepreneurs acquire the skills and attitudes in this business by having professional trainings.
5. How can Uplines benefit from the business volume of Downlines?
For most of our entrepreneurs, Performance Bonus (up to 45% - GBV) in personal group and Leadership Infinity Bonus (up to 59% - GBV) from the downline directors' group generate most of their income. Moreover with extra MUNI Award, entrepreneurs can earn the multi uni-level network income up to five relational generations by just purchasing a single bottle of product.
6. Can entrepreneurs attain higher achievement than those who join earlier than them? Also, some say NU LIFE marketing plan benefits only the senior entrepreneurs. Is that true?
In NU LIFE, entrepreneur promotion with a better percentage of bonus sharing depends on how many director groups they have. Therefore, a hard working entrepreneur who sponsor more director groups will have higher bonus level and higher income than his upline who may only have lesser director groups. In reality, it takes time for everyone to build up a strong business network, so it seems that senior entrepreneurs benefits more from the plan. However, the bonus level in our plan does not have any direct relationship with seniority.
7. Do we guarantee that all entrepreneur s can be successful?
NU LIFE is a fair platform for everyone to build up their own worldwide business network. In order to help them, we work with ELPA to provide different type of professional trainings for them to learn the skills in sponsoring, selling and servicing. Besides technical skills, we also have trainings in business ethics and personal growth. We are confident that entrepreneurs who have dreams in their lives and are willing to follow our trainings will become successful in network marketing. However, we cannot guarantee people who are not willing to work hard for their dreams.
8. Why NU LIFE operates as a network marketing company instead of selling products through traditional retailing channels?
NU LIFE started its business as a network marketing company and develops from a small company to a worldwide corporation. Network marketing has become our competitive advantage.
Since network marketing does not take place at fixed retail locations, the expenses on rental, labor and advertising can be kept minimal. 9. What are NU LIFE's strengths in the market?
One of the uniqueness of NU LIFE marketing plan is the global profit sharing system. Once an entrepreneur signs up in a country, he can develop his worldwide network without sign up in other countries again.

10. How does NU LIFE handle misconduct among its entrepreneurs?
Upon joining NU LIFE, every entrepreneur will be informed of the NU LIFE rules of conduct and the legal aspects of operating a business in the local market through the "Policy Manual". If an entrepreneur violates the rules, NU LIFE will take disciplinary action as stated in the "Policy Manual". For serious cases, NU LIFE will terminate the membership of the entrepreneur who breaches the rules.
11. What kind of training is provided by NU LIFE to Entrepreneurs?
Once our entrepreneurs reach the level of Directors (DR), we will encourage them to attend the New Directors' Training (NDT). The content of this training includes the following major topics: explanation of marketing plan, code of ethics, rights and responsibilities, training on our IT services, taxation and related local laws... etc.
Besides NDT, NU LIFE works closely with ELPA to provide trainings on: sponsoring, selling & servicing skills, personal growth, nutrition knowledge... etc.
