THE CODE OF ETHICS FOR NU LIFE MEMBERS

As a NU LIFE Member, I agree to conduct my NU LIFE Business according to the following principles:

As the basic principle, I will act honestly and faithfully, be reliable and fair to people I meet in my activities as a NU LIFE Member.  I will always bear in mind "Do not do to others what you don't want to be done to you."

I will uphold and follow the Rules of Conduct strictly in accordance with the official "NU LIFE POLICY MANUAL" which may be updated from time to time, in both "terms" and "spirit".

I will truly present NU LIFE products and the NU LIFE BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY to my customers and all interested parties in an honest and truthful manner, and I will only make such claims as approved and published in official NU LIFE literature.

I will be courteous and efficient in handling any and all complaints in relation to exchanges and refunds according to the provision stated in official NU LIFE literature.

I will act in a manner as not only to reflect the highest standard of integrity, sincerity and frankness, but also to provide the best possible and the most responsible service, because my role as a NU LIFE Member have far-reaching effects.

I will accept, respect and carry out all the prescribed responsibilities of a NU LIFE Member (and of an upline Sponsor, Manager and Director when I achieve such levels of responsibility) as set forth in official NU LIFE literature.

I will only use NU LIFE authorized literature in connection with my NU LIFE Membership activities e.g. in the selling of NU LIFE products, invitation and presentation of NU LIFE MARKETING PLAN, etc.

If I violate the Code of Ethics set out above, I am willing to bear the full responsibility of my own deed both to NU LIFE and to any third party who might have suffered from damages as a result. In addition, my personal opinions and suggestions do not represent the views of NU LIFE and have no connection with NU LIFE.
